Change your mind :
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Original delivery charge is non refundable.

- Wait until we confirm your return before returning your item.
- Items must be returned,
- at your own expense,
- in the same condition as received,
- in their original packaging (if the original packing has been opened then you item is not eligible for return or refund)
- Be sure to pack your return package correctly so your return won't be damaged in transit. If the item is damaged in transit it may affect your refund.
- Returns that fail to arrive on time (within 14 days of notification) or are lost in the post will not be refunded.
- Items that are exempt from return are, custom made items, personalised items. (eg:wedding charms, locket photos, etc.)
- Complete the return form on this page and wait till you hear back from us.
Don't forget to enclose the delivery docket with your return.
(It's the docket you received with your order, so we know who sent what.)
