Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. We start processing orders as soon as they are received to ensure prompt delivery. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.
Some photo albums have a small photo window on the cover. Here you can insert your own photo and make the cover more personal.
Delivery times for photo albums vary depending on your location. For customers in Ireland, economy parcel delivery takes approximately 2-5 days, while track and trace delivery takes 2-5 days as well. For customers in Europe, the delivery time is typically 4-8 days. Please note that exact delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout
Yes, if you choose the track and trace delivery option, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment. This way, you can stay updated on the whereabouts of your photo album.
If your photo album arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. HERE. We will then ask you to send photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement album in perfect condition. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
