The New Bridal Bouquet Rhinestone Memory Charm
Recently we decided to expand our range of products, specifically by creating new personalised locket charm.
The new type of charm we've added to our roster is; the Bridal Bouquet Rhinestone Memory Charm. Since the bridal charms are one of our most popular products, it seemed like a good time to add to that selection by offering something new. This product is similar to the other lockets we make, but the rhinestones seem to catch people’s eyes more. Case in point, when a customer contacted us earlier this month to ask for one to be made quickly for their wedding.

You have to be careful with ordering online, a customer said to me on the phone last week. Sometimes they don’t deliver on what they promised. I asked her what she meant by that, to which she explained that she needed a necklace with a picture inside to be delivered to her for an upcoming wedding. Preferably a locket and picture that would arrive in less than a week.
This lady told me over the phone how she had ordered a different photo necklace with a photograph of her grandmother inside from another company online, but they’d failed to deliver the product on time, which she was very disappointed about. The locket was supposed to be for her wedding, which was about a week away from that point. She’d wanted to put the necklace around her bouquet when walking down the aisle. Now she didn’t have anything for it and was panicking.
I told her she was welcome to browse through our selection of wedding bouquet charms on Photome to see if she’d like to purchase one from us. I explained that if she needed it fast, she could select the 3-4 day delivery option from the menu when placing her order. The lady thanked me and said she would take a look and ring me back in a few minutes. When she did, she exclaimed how she’d loved the look of our bridal bouquet rhinestone memory charm. The way it glittered when it caught the light and how it came in different shapes, including heart, oval and circular. She said the stones complimented the photo inside beautifully and that it was exactly what she’d wanted. The lady said she would be delighted to pick the heart-shaped one with the fast delivery option and thanked me for helping her.
Suffice to say, once the locket was made up and shipped off with express post, it was delivered to her within two days. The phone rang and when I answered, she was bursting to tell me how delighted she was with it and to express her relief that it had arrived on time, just two days before the wedding was due to take place. Having the bridal charm for her bouquet on the day was emotional for her as she felt she could have a little piece of her grandmother there with her as she walked down the aisle.
